Abstract. The article highlights long-term studies on the effects of nutritional factors on increasing the level of realization of the genetic potential of the animal productivity and product quality. The most effective nutritional factor influencing the manifestation of animal productivity is not the so-called "free feeding", and the normalized and well-balanced in accordance with the evolutionary developed a stereotype of their food (in the summer, natural herbal food, and in winter - canned). In this case, changing it, and the animals yearround silage feeding type acceptable as sharply reduces the manifestation in them of economic and biological parameters. Inclusion in balanced rations pre - and probiotics, absorption and antioxidant vitamin and mineral supplements (carsel, carasel, kartok, lipovitan beta) and scarce in feed micronutrients like zinc, iodine and bromine corrects the metabolic processes in the body, increases the bioavailability of vitamins, minerals, organic substances, and the efficiency of metabolic processes, which manifests itself in increasing realization of the genetic potential of productivity of the animals, their reproductive ability, precocity, safety, quality and profitability of products.
