1. Ñ ïîìîùüþ RAPD- è ISSR-ìàðêåðîâ ãåíîòèïèðîâàíû 253 îáðàçöà äàãåñòàíñêèõ ÿ÷ìåíåé èç êîëëåêöèè ÂÈÐ, îòíîñÿùèåñÿ ê äâóì ïîäâèäàì (subsp. vulgare) è (subsp. distichon) è ïðåäñòàâëåííûå 29 ðàçíîâèäíîñòÿìè.

Ìåòîäîì êëàñòåðíîãî àíàëèçà èçó÷åííûå ôîðìû îáúåäèíåíû â 8 ãðóïï â çàâèñèìîñòè îò ïðîèñõîæäåíèÿ è òàêñîíîìè÷åñêîé ïðèíàäëåæíîñòè.

2. Îöåíåí äèàïàçîí èçìåí÷èâîñòè äàãåñòàíñêèõ ÿ÷ìåíåé ïî ñêîðîñïåëîñòè è îòîáðàí ìàòåðèàë, õàðàêòåðèçóþùèéñÿ âûñîêîé ñêîðîñòüþ ðàçâèòèÿ. Ïîêàçàíî âëèÿíèå óñëîâèé ñðåäû íà ñêîðîñïåëîñòü ìåñòíûõ îáðàçöîâ ÿ÷ìåíÿ èç Äàãåñòàíà. ßðîâèçèðóþùèå òåìïåðàòóðû, êîðîòêèé äåíü è âûñîêèå òåìïåðàòóðû â ïåðèîä âåãåòàöèè ñïîñîáñòâóþò ñêîðîñïåëîñòè ÿ÷ìåíÿ.

3. Âûÿâëåíî 4 èñòî÷íèêà ñëàáîé ôîòîïåðèîäè÷åñêîé ÷óâñòâèòåëüíîñòè – ïðåäïîëàãàåìûõ íîñèòåëåé ãåíà eam8. Ìîëåêóëÿðíûì àíàëèçîì ó ðàñòåíèé îáðàçöà ê-14891 îáíàðóæåíà íîâàÿ, ðàíåå íå îïèñàííàÿ ìóòàöèÿ â ñìûñëîâîé ïîñëåäîâàòåëüíîñòè ãåíà îáóñëîâëåííàÿ äåëåöèåé åäèíè÷íîãî eam8, íóêëåîòèäà.

4. Ñðåäè ìåñòíûõ äàãåñòàíñêèõ ÿ÷ìåíåé ïðåâàëèðóþò íîñèòåëè äîìèíàíòíîãî àëëåëÿ Ppd-H2, êîòîðûé êîíòðîëèðóåò áîëåå ðàííèé ïåðåõîä ê êîëîøåíèþ ïðè êîðîòêîì ôîòîïåðèîäå.

5. Äàãåñòàíñêèå ÿ÷ìåíè ïîëèìîðôíû ïî óñòîé÷èâîñòè ê îáëèãàòíûì ïàðàçèòàì – âîçáóäèòåëÿì êàðëèêîâîé ðæàâ÷èíû, ìó÷íèñòîé ðîñû, êàìåííîé è ïûëüíîé ãîëîâíè. Ó îáðàçöà ê-28212 ñ ïîìîùüþ ìîëåêóëÿðíûõ ìàðêåðîâ èäåíòèôèöèðîâàí ãåí mlo11, êîíòðîëèðóþùèé óñòîé÷èâîñòü ÿ÷ìåíÿ ê ìó÷íèñòîé ðîñå.

6. Äàãåñòàíñêèå ÿ÷ìåíè ïîëèìîðôíû ïî óñòîé÷èâîñòè ê ãåìèáèîòðîôíûì ïàòîãåíàì – âîçáóäèòåëÿì ðèíõîñïîðèîçà, ñåò÷àòîé è òåìíî-áóðîé ïÿòíèñòîñòåé. Óñòîé÷èâûå ê ðèíõîñïîðèîçó êîìïîíåíòû ñåìè 98 ãåòåðîãåííûõ îáðàçöîâ ÿ÷ìåíÿ çàùèùåíû ãåíàìè, îòëè÷àþùèìèñÿ îò èäåíòèôèöèðîâàííûõ ðàíåå ãåíîâ Rrs1 – Rrs8 è Rrs10 – Rrs15.

7. Ìåñòíûå ÿ÷ìåíè Äàãåñòàíà äèôôåðåíöèðîâàíû ïî óñòîé÷èâîñòè ê îáûêíîâåííîé çëàêîâîé òëå è øâåäñêîé ìóõå. Âûÿâëåíà ñëàáîýêñïðåññèðóþùàÿñÿ è îò÷åòëèâî âûðàæåííàÿ óñòîé÷èâîñòü ê îáûêíîâåííîé çëàêîâîé òëå, îäíàêî îáà òèïà óñòîé÷èâîñòè ïðîÿâëÿþòñÿ ëèøü ïðîòèâ ÷àñòè êëîíîâ èç ïðèðîäíûõ ïîïóëÿöèé òëè. Óñòîé÷èâîñòü ðàñòåíèé ê øâåäñêîé ìóõå íà ðàçíûõ ôàçàõ îíòîãåíåçà êîíòðîëèðóåòñÿ ðàçíûìè ãåíåòè÷åñêèìè ñèñòåìàìè.

8.  ðåçóëüòàòå èçó÷åíèÿ óñòîé÷èâîñòè ÿ÷ìåíÿ ê àáèîòè÷åñêèì ñòðåññîðàì âûÿâëåíî 9 íîâûõ èñòî÷íèêîâ óñòîé÷èâîñòè ê äåéñòâèþ òîêñè÷íûõ èîíîâ àëþìèíèÿ; 9 îáðàçöîâ óñòîé÷èâû ê çàñîëåíèþ ïî÷âû.
